Pickled Vegetables, Broad Beans and Winter Melon Soup

Ingredients: winter melon (peeled, washed and cut), pickled vegetables (washed and chopped), broad bean meat

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the saucepan, add the cut winter melon and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water to a boil, cook until the winter melon is cooked and soft.

Then, add the chopped pickled vegetables and broad bean meat, stir and bring to a boil.

Finally, add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.

Stir the seasoning well and serve.
