Pie with Meat

To prepare the ingredients, cut pure lean meat into small pieces; pepper, dried chili, aniseed, cinnamon, fragrant sand, and Angelica dahurica, rinse and set aside; slice ginger.

As usual, put the lean meat in a pot of cold water, turn on the fire, boil it, and drain the blood.

Pour the stewed soup in a casserole, add ginger slices and dried chilies, and bring to a boil.

Soak other spices in boiling water for about 20 minutes.

In the process of soaking other seasonings in water, put the lean meat from the bloody water into the boiled broth, add salt, rock sugar, and dark soy sauce to a boil on high heat, then turn to low heat for 15 minutes.

Mix the flour and yeast powder, knead the dough, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about 45 minutes. Add a proper amount of alkaline flour and knead again.

Use a rolling pin to roll the center of the flattened dough into a round shape.

Turn on the fire, and when the pan is heated for 2 minutes, put the rolled dough into the pan, (rolling side down) cover the pan and cook.

When small golden yellow dots appear on one side, you can turn it over and re-brand it. After both sides are baked, it will be out of the pot.

The baked pancakes one by one, the pancakes made in this way can also be used to make buns.

Take out a piece of marinated meat, chop it up, and pour some soup on it. Cut the cake apart and serve with the meat.
