Pig Hand Peanuts

Pork knuckles are blanched in the water first to remove the taint and put into the pressure cooker

Moderate amount of cooking wine
3.
Moderate amount of soy sauce
4.
Light soy sauce
5.
The amount of rock sugar according to your own taste

A bowl of peanuts (preferably cooked in another pot for later use)
7.
Stew in a pressure cooker, add salt to taste before coming out of the pan
Tips:
The pig's knuckles should be blanched first to remove the taint, and then carefully cleaned, add it to the pressure cooker and stew it, it's easy to make.
