Pig Heart and Lotus Seed Soup

Half a pig's heart is about 200g, wash and slice, add a few drops of spirits to soak for a few minutes to drain the blood

About 30g of lotus seeds soaked in water

Boil the water in a casserole pot, put the cleaned pig heart in the pot and roll it a few times, then turn off the heat to remove the foam

Put the soaked lotus seeds in a pot and simmer for about 40 minutes.
Tips:
1. Put in a small amount of tangerine peel to remove the fishy smell of pig heart
2. Buy back the pig's heart and put it in the refrigerator for a while, it will be easier to slice
