1.

Knead into a soft and non-sticky dough.
3.
Ferment at a warm room temperature to 2 times the size.
4.
Exhaust the fermented dough and knead the dough into a smooth surface, divide it into 4 pieces of equal size dough.
Prepare 10 grams each of red bean paste.
5.
Take one of the noodles and flatten them with the palm of your hand, and put the bean paste filling in the middle in a small nest.
6.
Wrap the bean paste filling in the dough and round it in your hands.
7.
Use your fingers to pinch out two equal flat pieces on the left and right sides of the bean paste bun.
The width will determine the width of the pig's ears.
8.
Use clean scissors to cut two thirds along the mark.
The pig ears are made.
9.
Prepare white dough the same size as a dime.
10.
Press the coin to make an impression on the dough.
11.
Use scissors to cut out a coin-sized shape. Used to make a pig's nose.
12.
Dip the cut round dough piece with a little water and stick it on the pig's nose.
Use black sesame seeds for the eyes and nostrils of the piglet.
The pink and tender cute piglet is done!
Tips:
1. The dough for pig bean paste buns is softer than the dough for pumpkin buns. The piglets made by doing this are chubby and very cute.
2. The color of fire dragon juice and noodles after steaming will be lighter. It can be increased according to personal preference.
3. Mix the baking powder with flour thoroughly in advance.
