Piglet Buns
1.
Add water, yeast and flour to form a dough with moderate hardness. Ferment in a warm place. (Separate 2 small doughs, add red yeast rice flour and chocolate powder respectively to make the pink and black doughs not too heavy)
2.
After fermentation, take the pink dough, roll it out into thin slices, buckle out a small round shape with a small decorating mouth, squeeze it slightly with your hands, and use chopsticks to make two small holes to make a pig's nose. The small round piece uses the thumb and the pig to pinch one tip to make the ear, and knead the white dough into a moderately sized steamed bun embryo. The nose and ears are wet and sticking to the steamed buns.
3.
Knead the chocolate dough into thin strips, cut into small pieces, dipped in water and stick to the lower part of the ears as eyes, squeeze it with the palm of your hand to make the pig's head slightly smaller.
