Piglet Peppa Mousse Cake

Use the mushroom cow yogurt powder to make a can of yogurt without additives and full live bacteria for later use.

Digestion biscuits are ground into powder with a food processor.

Add the melted butter and stir well.

Pour it into a pecs mold wrapped with tin foil, flatten and compact it, and keep it in the refrigerator.

Pitaya is juiced with a juicer.

Sift and take 160 grams.

Stir well with 150 grams of yogurt, a little lemon juice and 60 grams of powdered sugar.

Gelatine tablets are soaked softly and the insulated water melts.

Mix with dragon fruit yogurt liquid and stir well.

Beat the whipped cream to 6 and distribute.

Mix well with the yogurt liquid.

Pour into the pecs mold. Refrigerate for 5 or 6 hours.

Put a piece of oily paper under the expression model, melt a little white cake, add red pigment, mix thoroughly and fill it into the expression model, and freeze it hard. (I used two white chocolate coins directly for the eyes, and drop-shaped chocolate beans for the eyes.)

The solidified mousse is blown off the mold with a hair dryer, and the expression is ready.
