Pine Nut Candy

Prepare all materials.

Add water to rock sugar and simmer on low heat.
3.
Boil until bubbles pop, add brown sugar, and boil.
4.
Boil until thick.
5.
Pour in all the nuts, stir fry, and remove from heat.
6.
Pistachio kernels are powdered and sprinkled into the mold.
7.
Pour in pine nut sugar, wait to cool, take it out and cut into pieces.
8.
Sugar and nuts make it taste great!

Tips:
Next time I will use granulated sugar and maltose. The hard candies produced by doing this are hard candies. When I did this, they all turned into flaky candies...
