Pineapple Baked Rice

Cut off one third of the pineapple, leave two thirds, hollow out the meat inside, and save part of the pineapple, diced for later use.

Add milk, salt, diced vegetables, tomato sauce, and diced pineapple to the rice and mix well.

Fill the pineapple with the well-mixed rice and compact it.

Spread a layer of shredded cheese.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 18 minutes.
Tips:
Choose pineapples that are well-ripe. The skin is blue and sour, which will affect the flavor of the milk.
