Pineapple Bun

All the bread materials except butter are put into the bread machine and kneaded into dough.

Add butter and continue to knead until the glove film is formed (I repeated 3 kneading procedures).

Just take out the glove film and leave the dough in the bread machine to ferment to double its size.

While the dough is fermenting, start to make pineapple skins, pour the softened butter into the basin, and mix the milk powder and powdered sugar together.

Pour in the whole egg liquid in batches, no need to beat, just mix well.

Finally, add low-gluten flour, mix well to form a dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.
