Pineapple Eight Treasure Rice

Soak glutinous rice for 6 hours

Mix the soaked glutinous rice with sugar and a spoon of oil, put it in a steamer, and steam for 30 minutes until cooked

Soak red dates and wolfberry in warm water

Soak the diced pineapple in salt water

Cut off the pineapple head and peel off the outer skin to make a container (you can omit this part if you are afraid of trouble, just do the previous step)

Add all kinds of dried fruit to the steamed glutinous rice and mix well

Finally add sweet corn kernels and diced pineapple, mix well

Put it in the pineapple shell and compact

Boil a pot on the water and steam for 5-10 minutes.
Tips:
1. Dried fruits and diced pineapple must not be steamed together with raw glutinous rice. They will melt. You should prepare the glutinous rice, let it cool, mix in, and steam for 10 minutes.
2. Dried fruits can be matched according to your own preferences.
3. Pineapple contains a kind of allergenic substance-pineapple prion enzyme, and salt water can destroy its allergenic structure, so after cutting the pineapple, soak it in salt water.
