Pineapple Eight Treasure Rice
1.
Put the rice in a wooden barrel and steam it first, do not cover it, wait for the steam to come up (see if the rice inside is cooked through!) and then cover the cover and continue steaming for ten minutes. Then open the lid and sprinkle some boiled water on the surface of the rice (be sure to boil!) Cover the lid and steam for ten minutes!
2.
Chop the plum tongue fruit, winter melon sugar, red dates and set aside! Dice the pineapple, and stir-fry the white sesame seeds in a hot pan. After all, you can put it on the bottom of the bowl!
3.
The glutinous rice is steamed and poured into a basin. Be sure to pour the prescribed amount while it is hot and stir evenly. When the sugar substitute is completely melted, add the lard and stir evenly. Then pour in the diced pineapple (add more or less according to personal taste) and stir evenly.
4.
Put the mixed glutinous rice in a bowl that already contains five treasures and gently press (it is better to put a fresh-keeping bag in the bowl) and seal the bag. Be sure to separate the steam.
5.
Once wrapped, it can be steamed in the small steamer at home. Turn on high heat and steam for 15 minutes. This delicious pineapple eight-treasure rice is out!
Tips:
The nutritional value of glutinous rice is very high! Winter is the best season to eat glutinous rice!
