Pineapple Flavored Madeleine

Soak the pineapple in salt water, then cut into pieces and grab the water with your hands;

Add flour, mix well, add pineapple diced, and mix well;

Preheat the oven to 360F degrees, brush the mold with a layer of oil, and pour the batter about 60% full;

Put it in the oven and bake at 36F, about 8-10 minutes, until the cake can be eaten and the edges are slightly burnt.
Tips:
1. The pineapple is soaked in salt water for 1-2 minutes before dicing, then diced, and then dry the water;
2. Don't fill the batter too full. If the batter is too full, the cake will stick to the mold surface and it will be relatively difficult to mold.
