Pineapple Fried Rice

Prepare the ingredients (and 1 egg).

Cut half of the pineapple into small pieces and soak in salt water for about 20 minutes.

Cut the onion into pieces, slice the grilled sausage, dice the carrot, beat the egg and set aside.

Pour the oil in the pan and add the stir-fried eggs, set aside for a while, set aside.

Pour in green beans and stir-fry the diced carrots.

Add leftover rice and stir fry evenly.

Tips:
It is best to use leftover rice as the rice is not easy to stick.
Pineapple tastes better when it is soaked in salt water.
Because the pineapple has moisture, you should pour the pineapple last and stir-fry for a while. If the time is too long, the rice will stick together damp and affect the taste.
The grilled sausage can be changed to ham sausage, chicken and the like, and add it according to your preference.
