Pineapple Fried Rice

Prepare the ingredients according to the main ingredient list. Cut the pineapple into pieces and set aside. The shrimps are marinated with cooking wine and salt for 15 minutes. The eggs are beaten and the onions are diced.

Pour oil in the pan, add the shrimps and stir-fry until they are mature, set aside

Place the eggs in the pot and spread out and set aside

Tips:
The last salt can be left off depending on the situation, because the shrimp has been marinated with salt and the oyster sauce also has a salty taste
