Pineapple fried rice is a very classic Thai delicacy. Ever since I went to Thailand and ate the authentic local food, I can’t forget it. I tried to cook it when I came back. Although it’s not as good as the authentic Thai food, it tastes good. Family members like it

Pineapple Fried Rice

1. Prepare the ingredients according to the main ingredient list. Cut the pineapple into pieces and set aside. The shrimps are marinated with cooking wine and salt for 15 minutes. The eggs are beaten and the onions are diced.

2. Pour oil in the pan, add the shrimps and stir-fry until they are mature, set aside

3. Place the eggs in the pot and spread out and set aside

4. Pour some cooking oil into the pot, add onion and stir fragrant after the oil is hot

5. Add the prepared pineapple chunks, green beans and small red peppers, and stir-fry evenly

6. Add the rice and continue to stir-fry until the rice is fully mixed with other ingredients

7. Pour in a tablespoon of oyster sauce and continue to fry to evenly color

8. After the stir-fry, continue to add the shrimp and eggs that have been cooked beforehand

9. Sprinkle in a tablespoon of black pepper and a little salt, continue to stir-fry evenly, and it will be out of the pan. Use the pineapple shell from which the meat has been dug out as a container. Put the pineapple fried rice and sprinkle with fish floss or pork floss.

Tips:

The last salt can be left off depending on the situation, because the shrimp has been marinated with salt and the oyster sauce also has a salty taste
