Pineapple Fritters Shrimp

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Chop the shrimp with a knife and cut into small particles. Then add 3 grams of salt, 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing rice wine, a little ginger, and 1 tablespoon of starch to marinate for a while. Because fried fritters usually have a little salty taste, just add a little salt when marinating the shrimp.
