Pineapple in Syrup

Cut the pineapple head and tail into slices;

Put salt and appropriate amount of water in the bowl and soak for 20 minutes;

Put rock sugar in the pot, water, and cook for ten minutes. If you can't finish it all at once, you can add an appropriate amount of lemon juice, and then put it in a clean glass jar and keep it tightly sealed.

The finished product can be eaten while it is hot, or it can be eaten after being chilled, depending on personal taste.
