Pineapple Pie

The pie ingredients are mixed except water.

Knead it into coarse corn flour and add water.

Knead into a dough and put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

Cut the pineapple into small pieces.

Put the butter in a saucepan and melt it over heat.

Pour the pineapple chunks and stir fry for about 2 minutes.

Add sugar and condensed milk and continue to stir fry.

Add starch to water and stir evenly.

Stir-fry the pineapple until the juice is almost dried, pour in water starch.

Stir-fry evenly, and the pineapple filling is ready.

Cover the chilled dough with plastic wrap on top and bottom, and roll it out into a slightly thicker dough.

Put the dough into the pie pan, remove the excess dough and set aside.

Use a fork to make small holes in the bottom of the pie crust to prevent it from swelling up during baking.

Fill in the pineapple filling.

Roll the remaining dough into a circle and cut into long strips.

Stagger the cut long strips on top of the pineapple filling.

Brush the surface with egg liquid.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the middle layer for 30 minutes.

After being baked, put it on the grill to cool, and cut into pieces when eating.
