Pineapple Popsicles
1.
Pineapple peeled to get the pulp
2.
Slightly break the pineapple meat with a food processor, without adding water, boil it on a low heat, and when it is thick, remove from the heat and add honey.
3.
Put it in a food processor, add a little water and stir to make a paste. Need to save a little pulp for later
4.
Pour the pineapple paste into the pot, add lotus root powder and stir evenly, boil on low heat
5.
Let the popsicle liquid cool slightly.
6.
Pour into the popsicle mold, pour half first, put the remaining pulp in the center,
7.
Pour in the remaining paste
8.
Shake it a few times so that there are no bubbles in it. Put it in the refrigerator and freeze for a few hours.
9.
The frozen popsicles have a strong pineapple flavor and the flesh can be eaten from time to time. One in dog days, so cool
Tips:
1. I used lotus root flour as a binder, or cornstarch.
2. I used honey to increase the sweetness. You can also use white sugar or rock sugar
