Pineapple Pork Ribs Rice

Pork ribs in a pot under cold water, add sliced ginger, green onion and appropriate amount of cooking wine. After blanching, remove the foam and set aside

Put a small amount of rock sugar and olive oil in the pot, slowly fry the sugar color on low heat

Stir until the rock sugar melts completely and turns brown

Bottom blanched ribs

Stir-fry the ribs slowly until the ribs are colored

Add appropriate amount of water, ginger, shallots and dried chili, and cook together for 15 minutes

Boil water in a pot, put pineapple ribs and rice in it and steam for ten minutes

After it’s steamed, take it out and put it on a plate, quickly serve it in a bowl and taste
