Pineapple Rice

Cut off a third of a pineapple, and then use a fruit knife to make a circle along the skin. Don't scratch the skin of the pineapple.

Remove the pineapple pulp. Cut the removed pineapple pulp into cubes and set aside.

Prepare diced pineapple, diced carrots, peas and diced ham.

Saute the minced ginger with a little vegetable oil in the bottom of the pot, then pour in the vegetables and diced pineapple and stir fry for a while.

Add cooked rice and 1 tablespoon of salt and stir fry for 2 minutes. The fried rice will taste better if it is not hard or soft.
6.
Put the fried rice in a pineapple and start eating!
