Pineapple Shrimp Fried Rice

Prepare the ingredients: pineapple, green peas, diced carrots, shrimps, floss, cashews; (I bought pineapples without soaking, not too sour and sweeter)

Cook the green beans and set aside; marinate the shrimp with a little cooking wine and pepper for 10 minutes to get rid of fishy;

Prepare a bowl of rice overnight;

The oil in the pot is hot;

Add shrimp and fry until 8 mature;

Add green beans and carrots, add a little salt and pepper to stir fry;

Pour in rice and stir fry until delicious;

Finally, add the pineapple and stir fry for a while before it can be out of the pan.

Tips:
1. If it is hot rice, put it in a large pot and let it cool for about 30 minutes.
2. Add pineapple at the end to avoid too much water.
