My father used pork belly to make pineapple sweet and sour pork. I don’t like the sensation of the meat splashing out after a bite. So, I used 200 grams of lean pork meat with pineapple, green and red peppers, and a lot of fruits and vegetables to make this pineapple. Sweet and sour pork is more suitable for summer. Pineapple can clear away heat and heat. It seems that I'm on the right track. The sweet and sour pineapple simmered pork makes appetite greatly increased, and the stunning colors arouse appetite.
