Pineapple Sweet and Sour Tofu

Cut pineapple into pieces, use 1/2 bowl of water, 1/2 tsp of refined salt, mix thoroughly, add pineapple pieces, soak for 1-2 minutes, remove the filtered water;

Chop 3 pieces of pineapple into puree, cut carrot into small pieces, and defrost green beans;

Cut the tofu into pieces about 2 cm long and 1 cm thick, and glue them with corn starch;

Put it in a pan and fry until the bottom is golden brown. You can also serve it for use after frying;

Pour 1 cup of water or stock into the pot, 1/8 tsp salt, 3 tbsp sweet and sour sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp pepper, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, cornstarch 1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 cup of clean water, add carrots, green beans and pineapple puree, stir well in the pot and taste. When the taste is right, turn on the fire, stir constantly, and boil until large bubbles;

Turn off the heat, pour in tofu and pineapple, stir evenly, and remove from the pot.
