Pink Kudzu Carrot and Pork Bone Soup

Peel the pink kudzu, wash the slices, and wash it twice to remove the starch. The soup will be clearer.

Tips:
The soup in claypot is better. I have no gas after boiling it for less than an hour, so I can only change the induction cooker. 😁
