Pink Pueraria Bone Soup

One piece of pink geese. (I brought this from Guangxi, it is sold on Taobao)

One fresh bone.

Wash the pink kudzu peel, red dates and ginger.

The bones let go of the water and blanched the blood.

Cut the pink kudzu into pieces.

After blanching the bleeding, wash it off with water.

Put all the ingredients in the enamel pot, add water, bring the heat to a boil, reduce the heat.

Tips:
The soup is about the original taste. Don't put salt in advance, and you don't need to put chicken essence, because the soup itself is very delicious!
