Ingredients

Pinwheel Cake

1. Prepare materials.

2. Roll the puff pastry into large slices and cut into small squares.

3. Cut flower knife as shown.

4. Fold it up into the shape of a windmill.

5. Put it in the oven, 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes, the edges are browned and colored

6. Take it out to dry.

7. Put lemon curd in the center, it's sour and sweet!
