Pippi Shrimp and Carrot Porridge

Wash the pipi shrimp, pour in pepper and cooking wine and marinate for a while.

Wash the rice and soak for a while.

Pour out the soaked rice water, add olive oil and mix well.

Pour boiling water into the inner pot of the electric saucepan.

Put the inner pot into the electric cooker, select baby porridge, set it to 1 hour.

Tips:
1. Pour in boiling water to save time for cooking porridge.
