Pistachio Almond Nougat

Raw material collection: marshmallow (cut into small pieces), almonds and pistachios, dried cranberries, butter, milk powder.

Put butter in a nonstick pan.

The small fire melted.

Pour marshmallows.

Stir continuously until the marshmallows melt, and mix well with the butter.

Add milk powder.

Turn off the heat and stir evenly.

Pour in nuts and cranberries.

Stir evenly.

Transfer to a silicone pad and continue to knead evenly.

Roll into a long cuboid and compact it.

Let cool and cut into strips.

Then cut into suitable small strips.

Cut the silicone oil paper to a suitable size.
15.
Wrap the nougat.

The finished product is fragrant and sweet.
