Pistachio Honey Shortbread

Ingredients: 15g butter, 25g honey, 60g low-gluten flour, 10g pistachios, 1/8 tsp of baking powder

Melt the butter and heat the water, add honey, and mix well. Mix baking powder with low-gluten flour and sift into the butter

Mix slightly and add the pistachios. Grab a uniform dough and arrange it into a cylinder with a diameter of about 2.5 cm

Wrap it with plastic wrap, round it, and keep it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours until it solidifies. Take it out and cut into slices about 1 cm thick. Place in the baking tray. Power on the oven, press and hold the switch key, all the keys are on

Tips:
