Children love to eat red pitaya and daily nuts. These two items have almost become daily necessities. I made pitaya and left some pitaya juice with daily nuts, and made toast for breakfast.

Pitaya Nut Toast

1. Materials ready

2. Weigh the dragon fruit juice, whipped cream, salt and marshmallows on a scale

3. Add butter, eggs, flour and yeast

4. Put the bread bucket in the bread machine to select the dough program

5. At the end of the dough procedure, turn off the procedure and let the dough continue to rise until the dough is inspected, poke a hole in the middle with your fingers, without shrinking or collapsing around it

6. Divide the dough into quarters, cover with plastic wrap and let for 15 to 20 minutes

7. Take a dough, flatten it with your hands, and use a rolling pin to roll it into a tongue shape

8. Use a rolling pin to break the daily nuts, take a part and sprinkle on the rolled dough

9. Roll up

10. Put it into the mold and arrange it neatly

11. Put the oven in the oven and select the fermentation program, until the mold is eighty to nine minutes full

12. Put the lid on and put it in the oven, select the upper and lower fire 170 degrees to bake for 35 minutes

13. After baking, take it out and let it cool

Tips:

When the weather is hot, you can put the liquid in the refrigerator to freeze it, or simply take it to an air-conditioned room to make it
