Separate the flesh and skin of a dragon fruit

Tips:
1. Because I don’t have enough time, I made noodles and noodles in two nights. If time is not a problem, you can make bread and noodles in the same way.

3. Put boiling water into the pot and steam, according to different firepower, steam for 10~15 minutes
