Pizza

Knead all the ingredients for making the dough into a dough, knead hard until the dough becomes very strong, stretch the dough, the dough can form a relatively thin film (expansion stage), that's it. Put the dough in an environment of about 26 degrees, cover it with plastic wrap, and ferment until it becomes twice as big. It takes about 1 hour.

Squeeze the fermented dough out of air, divide it into the required size, and leave it to proof at room temperature for 15 minutes. Sprinkle some flour on the chopping board, place the proofed dough on the chopping board and press it flat with the palm of your hand. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a round cake about 8 inches in size. Line the baking tray with tin foil or grease it, spread the dough on the baking tray, and fork some small holes in the middle of the dough to prevent the bottom of the cake from bulging during baking.

Spread a layer of olive oil on the bottom of the cake and let it rise at room temperature for 20 minutes. Dig three spoons of homemade pizza sauce on the noodles, and use a brush or spoon to spread the pi sauce evenly.

Bake in a preheated oven. 200 degrees for 15 minutes
