Pizza Box with Tomato Sauce and Meat Sauce
1.
Mix all the pizza base dough ingredients together;
2.
Knead into a smooth dough;
3.
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment to double the size;
4.
Make sauce beef while the dough is fermenting; 400 grams of beef, cut into very small cubes, marinate with a teaspoon of black pepper, a little salt and a few drops of lemon juice for preparation; chop eight cloves of garlic, and dice one onion for use;
5.
Heat up 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in the wok, add garlic and onion diced until fragrant;
6.
Pour in the marinated beef cubes, stir fry to get the oil, pour in 2 chopped tomatoes and fry until fragrant;
7.
Add 8 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of basil, 2 tablespoons of pizza straws, 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of black pepper, stir and stir evenly;
8.
Simmer on low heat until the water is dry and the soup is thick (I put a part of the sauce to make the spaghetti before the soup is dry!);
9.
Turn off the heat and set aside for later use;
10.
Cover the chopping board with greased paper, take the fermented dough and place it on the greased paper, flatten it and roll it out into a rectangle;
11.
Pierce the small holes evenly with a fork, and ferment for the second ten minutes;
12.
Pour the tomato sauce and beef sauce in the middle third to spread evenly;
13.
Cut both sides diagonally into strips about 2 cm with a knife;
14.
Weaved one by one into a braid;
15.
Compile each one in turn;
16.
Lift the greased paper and place it on the baking tray, and brush the surface with egg wash (there is a little hand that secretly puts a few sausage slices on it!);
17.
Put it into the middle layer of a preheated 220 degree oven and heat it up and down for 17 minutes;

Tips:
1) The beef can be frozen in the refrigerator and cut into very small cubes, or it can be used directly with beef mince. 2) This meat sauce is specially made for pasta. If you make too much, you can put it in the refrigerator for no more than three days. If you don't want to make too much, you can halve the amount in the recipe. 3) When the sauce is fried, the soup is almost thick, first serve more than a half for the pasta sauce. 4) When making a pizza box, the meat sauce should be fried to avoid excessive moisture affecting the taste. 5) The surface decoration can be randomly matched according to your own preferences. 6) The temperature of the oven should be adjusted according to the temperament of your own oven.
