Plain Yogurt

Prepare materials and bread maker

Add milk to the inner bucket of the bread machine

Add lactic acid bacteria
4.
After mixing evenly, turn on the yogurt program of the bread machine to make yogurt, the whole process is 8 hours

The prepared yogurt is thick, it means success

Keep it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours. The passivated yogurt tastes better and will not be too sour. It can be paired with oatmeal jam and a cup of breakfast is full
Tips:
I don't like too sour. You can add some sugar or some whipped cream when making it. I prefer plain yogurt, so I didn't add anything.
