I can't quite accept the taste of fondant, but frosting is okay. On the basis of priority of taste, different patterns can be changed, so why not do it? Let’s start with the simple ones. Playing as a kid, I’m not too interested in playing cards. It’s also a challenge to be a playing card. To make this sculpt, there are some basic icing methods, mainly involving drawing lines and raindrops. If you haven't made icing biscuits, you might as well try starting from this one. You can practice your hands on the board before drawing the line, and then draw on the biscuit.

Tips:

1. It shouldn't be difficult to make the bottom of the cake. It should be noted that the mold presses out the shape of the dough. When placing it on the baking tray, be careful and fragile;
2. When making the bottom of the cake, it is recommended that you use powdered sugar as much as possible, so that the surface will be more smooth and tidy;
3. When rolling the dough, spread a layer of plastic wrap on the surface, which is easier to roll and does not stick to the rolling pin;
4. When mixing with hard icing, add water in units of drops to avoid adding too much. Medium hard icing can be adjusted until a small sharp corner with a hook can be pulled up. Soft icing needs to be adjusted, and mixing tools in advance Later, the icing sugar continued to flow downwards;
5. To make this poker biscuits, you can also adjust a bowl of melanin frosting, which is painted in the same way as the red frosting, which will be more vivid.
