Pleurotus Eryngii Bacon Wrap
1.
Choose a larger pleurotus eryngii, wash and remove the head and tail, cut into long strips, and slice as thinly as possible
2.
Stir-fry eryngii mushrooms and okra together. This is the prepared ingredient
3.
Take a piece of bacon and put drained eryngii mushrooms on top
4.
Put another sweet shrimp that has been peeled and shelled again, and add half a okra at the end
5.
Slowly roll up, use a toothpick to fix the pot, put a little salad oil into the rolled oyster mushroom bacon roll
6.
Fry over low heat until the bacon is golden brown. Take out the pleurotus eryngii bacon roll and sprinkle with black pepper.
Tips:
Pleurotus eryngii will become soft after being fried in water, making it easy to roll up. Pei has a salty taste at all, so I ended up sprinkling some black peppercorns without any other seasonings!
