Prepare the ingredients.

Cut ginger into shredded ginger.

Slice garlic.

Chopped green onions.

Cut pleurotus eryngii into pieces with a hob.

Cut red pepper into pieces.
7.
Pour oil into the pot and add shredded ginger.

Add garlic and shallots and sauté until fragrant.
