Pleurotus Eryngii with Black Pepper

Pleurotus eryngii is cut off the older part of the root and then cut into small cubes.

Boil in the pot for two minutes.

Drain the blanched pleurotus eryngii to control the moisture, and set aside.

Prepare two tablespoons of black pepper juice.
