Plum Biscuits
1.
Prepare ingredients: low-gluten flour, whole egg liquid, butter, powdered sugar, dried cranberries
2.
Soften the butter and powdered sugar and mix well without beating; add egg liquid + sifted flour + dried cranberries and mix well; use a mold to cut the well-mixed dough into a rectangle, put it in the refrigerator for an hour; cut the frozen dough into about 0.7 Arrange the slices about cm in length on the baking tray, put them in the preheated oven, and bake them at 165°C for about 20 minutes;
3.
Bake up and down the heat for about ten minutes. When the bottom edge of the biscuit base has golden edges, turn off the lower heat and continue baking for the rest of the time;
4.
When the surface is golden yellow, put the baked biscuits on the shelf to cool
5.
Other precautions Dried cranberries can be replaced with raisins or other dried fruits; the butter can be used when it is softened and does not need to be sent; the gap should be large enough when the biscuits are placed on the baking tray, because the biscuits will expand during the baking process and require enough space.
6.
The biscuits are cool and packed, and this week’s afternoon tea is ready ✌️
Tips:
White granulated sugar is used; the amount made is formula material×2, and the finished product is packed in three boxes.
