Plum Sauce Flower Pan Bread

All materials are ready

Put whipped cream, milk, egg liquid, and sugar into the bread bucket

Start the bread machine "kneading" program, 20 minutes

Add softened butter and continue mixing for 20 minutes

Roll out into large slices about 3ml thick

Use a round biscuit mold to carve out small round dough pieces

Take a dough slice and put some plum sauce in the middle

Treat all the dough in turn, try to use them up as much as possible, place them in two baking trays, and ferment them in a warm and humid place; when the bread dough is twice as large as the original, the oven starts to preheat, 180 degrees

Put the raw bread into the middle layer of the preheated oven, 180 degrees, up and down, 15-20 minutes, after the surface is colored, cover with tin foil

After being out of the oven, immediately demould, put it in a bag and seal it after cooling on a drying rack

Teared, sweet and sour plum jam, with milky bread, it’s delicious

Please set the dough mixing time, bread baking time and temperature according to the bread machine program you use;
Plum jam can also be replaced with other jams;
