Plum Steamed Fish

The tilapia is cleaned and scratched on the back.

Cut some ginger and minced garlic, spread on the back of the fish, and put two sour plums.
3.
Steam fish in the pot. I use the upper layer of the rice cooker to steam it. When the rice cooker jumps up, it can be served in three or four minutes.
4.
Out of the pot.
