This dish is easy to cook and easy to eat!

Poached Pork Slices

1. Wash tenderloin

2. Reverse the wire and cut into thin slices, then use cornstarch and salt to mix evenly

3. Wash bean sprouts

Tips:

Don’t cook the pork slices for too long, the meat will get old if you cook for too long
