Poached Pork Slices

Wash tenderloin

Reverse the wire and cut into thin slices, then use cornstarch and salt to mix evenly

Wash bean sprouts

Bring the water to a boil, pour the bean sprouts into the pot and simmer, and let the cold water cool before use

Fry the ginger and green onions in a frying pan, add in the right amount of hot pot base and Lao Gan Ma, stir-fry evenly, add crushed garlic, and stir-fry, add in an appropriate amount of chicken broth.

Bring the soup to a boil, put the bean sprouts in the pot, then stir the meat slices in the pot with a spatula, add salt chicken essence, and serve until cooked.

Cut some millet spring onions and red pepper and sprinkle on top, heat it in a salad pan and pour it on top.
Tips:
Don’t cook the pork slices for too long, the meat will get old if you cook for too long
