Poached Pork Slices

Add an egg white and some cornstarch to the meat, mix well and marinate for a while! Then fried slices of onion, ginger, garlic, chili and onion! Heat oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili, onion and saute until fragrant

Add the right amount of salt and oyster sauce light soy sauce to the hot pot base, sauté until fragrant, add the right amount of water to boil

Then cook the vegetables you like to eat! Stir the meat quickly in the pan! Then thicken it into the pot in about 3 minutes. Then put the soup and meat into the bowl together!

Tips:
I made this one more homely because I don’t like spicy and spicy, so I didn’t put pepper in it
