Pocket Pie

Prepare flour

Slowly pour the flour with about 70 degrees of boiling water, and stir with chopsticks while pouring.

Dip your hands in cold water, and mix the noodles into a dough for about 20 minutes to half an hour.

Prepare vegetables (prepared according to your preference)

Shred potatoes and carrots for later use (soak potato shreds in cold water)

Use a knife to make a long dough piece that grows about 30cm and about 10cm wide (according to your preference)
