Polish Five-color Toast
1.
First make Polish species, mix and stir evenly a material.
2.
Cover and ferment until many large bubbles appear.
3.
Opens up cellular tissue like large pores.
4.
Knead material a and material b to the expansion stage.
5.
Add butter and knead until complete.
6.
Cover and ferment to double the size.
7.
Divide the dough into five smaller portions.
8.
Add matcha powder, cocoa powder, purple potato powder, and golden cheese powder to each small portion and knead well. Cover and relax for 15 minutes. (The purple potato flour is made by myself, so it looks grainy.)
9.
Roll the dough into strips separately.
10.
Weave five-strand braids. (I’m a handicapped party. So you guys can use their imagination.
11.
Put it in the mold.
12.
Put a bowl of hot water in the oven and start the fermentation mode for 40 minutes.
13.
After fermentation, put it in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
Tips:
If you don’t know how to braid, you can also pull up the two ends of the five pieces of dough and twist them directly into the mold.
