Polka Dot Omelet Rice

Beat the eggs in the bowl to separate the yolk and egg white, and beat well.

Tips:
The temperature of the fried egg yolk should not be too high. I fried it a bit big and the color is not very good. In addition, it must be handled gently or it will break.
