Pomfret

Remove the internal organs of the pomfret, wash and set aside!

Fry the pomfret until it is 70% hot in the frying pan and fry until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside!

Stir-fry the bean paste, ginger slices, minced garlic and chili in a frying pan to create a fragrance

Add appropriate amount of water to boil the fried pomfret, season with a little chicken powder, and boil for 3 minutes.
5.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and pour the soup on the pomfret!
