Popcorn
1.
Materials ready
2.
Rinse the popcorn with clean water and dry it (you can also use kitchen paper to wipe off the water on the surface of the corn)
3.
Put butter in the pan, turn off the heat after the butter has melted
4.
Pour the popcorn, use a spoon to mix the popcorn and butter evenly, try to coat each corn with butter
5.
Spread the corn kernels flat on the bottom of the pot, cover the lid and turn on the fire. You can increase the heat at first. After about a minute or two, you will see popcorn popping up.
6.
When there are more and more blooming flowers, turn down the heat and turn the pot over to prevent the bottom from sticking.
7.
When there are basically no flowers popping out, open the lid and pour in powdered sugar
8.
Stir evenly, and eat after cooling slightly
