Prepare coconut milk, milk, sago, mango and grapefruit

Put the sago in boiling water and boil for 15 minutes, turn off the heat, and then cover and stuff for 10 minutes until there is no white spot in the center.

Wash off the surface mucus with shower water, and put it in cold boiled water for later use.

Grapefruit is sliced to remove the pulp, half of the mango is diced, and the other half is pureed and refrigerated for later use.

Tips:
Sago must be boiled underwater, the cold water will dissipate.
